Fulfillment, storage, prep, and other services are provided under a separate agreement or quote between you and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Information on this website, including service descriptions, is general and may change. A quote is not binding until we both agree to it.

Client accounts

If you have a dashboard account, keep your login private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Dashboard information, such as inventory counts and order status, is provided to help you manage your business. If you see something that looks wrong, contact us and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or dashboard. That includes trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with how the site works, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The website, its design, text, and logos belong to Fulfillment Relations LLC. Marketplace and platform names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the channels we work with. Their use does not mean those companies endorse us.

Disclaimers and limits

The website and dashboard are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or dashboard. Our responsibility for fulfillment work is set out in your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
