Client account information: if you are a client, we keep your login details and the business information needed to run your account, such as your inventory, orders, and shipping details.

Order and shipping data: to fulfill orders for our clients, we receive and process the names, addresses, and order details of their customers. We use this only to pick, pack, ship, and support those orders.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, provide and improve our fulfillment services, run the client dashboard, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as shipping carriers and shipping software, the sales channels you connect to your account, website and database hosting, and the form service that receives quote requests. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The client dashboard uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in.

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
